How do I return an item

  • Be sure to check out our return policy HERE
  • If your order qualifies for a return, please reach out to us at info@charmed33.com OR go to our Contact Us page with the following information so we can help you initiate your return:
    • Order Date & #
    • Reason for Return
    • If you would like an exchange or store credit

 

I ordered my item but I haven't received it yet

Click into your order confirmation email and view order.  When your order has been fulfilled/shipped this is where you can find tracking information on your order.  You should've also received an email when the order shipped. If you cannot locate this information please use Contact Us page and we will help you out. 

 

Exchanges:

We will always do our best to exchange an item. If you need to exchange an item within 14 days of receipt, let us know ASAP and if we have what you need in stock we will be happy to make the exchange.  Please email info@charmed33.com. 

Please note: Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  When shipping back we recommend adding tracking to your shipment to ensure delivery. 

 

Damaged/Defective Items:

Please inspect your order immediately once received. If you find anything to be damaged or defective please email us within 3 days to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.  Email us with your name, order number and photos.
